Welcome to Time to Drive!
This course is designed to prepare parents to help their teens develop into experienced, safe drivers.
This self-paced course features videos and interactive scenarios to help you determine how much and what kind of practice your teen needs, learn how to effectively share your driving wisdom, and identify what safety features to look for when deciding what vehicle your teen will drive.
We will also cover North Carolina’s Graduated Driving Licensing (GDL) requirements and hear from some North Carolina parents who have already been through this process with their teens.
